Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room I got, which overlooked the spa entrance, felt like a luxurious 5-star room with a massive smart TV and a very large bed. The price was a bit steep, £100 more than the twin room, but worth it for the upgrade. The service, however, had some hiccups as the manager's only offer was a 25% refund, which I had to decline. On the bright side, the bar team was engaging with customers. The location was great, with a lovely poolside service for food and drink. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of breakfast items, although some warmers didn't keep the food hot enough. Overall, a mix of highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom offering a lovely view of the countryside; however, there were other guests arriving, making it feel slightly cramped. The temperature in the room was just right, which was nice.
The hotel provided a good standard of rooms, but they felt tight and small for the price paid. The service was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent for relaxation, although it lacked a truly relaxing atmosphere. The dining options were delightful with a variety of offerings. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
